Dry Stockfish Loins and Fillets

We are proud to offer premium quality stockfish fillets and loins. Traditionally, you have to dry the whole fish, but through our innovative solution, we are able to dry only the best parts of the fish, creating a higher value product and no waste. All the trim from the cutting process is used for lower grade products and animal food.

Dry stockfish fillets or loins are sold in cartons of 25 kg or vacuum packaged, according to customer requirements.
